Your Day to Day In a nutshell, as a Commis I - Pastry Chef, you will support the Culinary team in planning, cooking and plating of all required food items from the pastry kitchen, as directed by the Chef de Partie and the Executive Chef. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following experience/skills:

• Minimum one year in a similar role in a five star property
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to communicate well in the English language
