A Commis Chef, Pastry, is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of all bakery and pastry items, ensuring high-quality standards and cleanliness in a kitchen environment. Key duties include following recipes, maintaining hygienic work areas, preparing ingredients, and supporting senior chefs in daily operations to meet production goals.
