Clean, peel, chop, and store vegetables and herbs as per hygiene and quality standards.
Prepare mise en place for daily service under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vegetable prep area and storage.
Ensure that all produce is fresh and properly rotated (FIFO method).
Assist in the preparation of pickles and garnishes common in Lebanese cuisine.
Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols at all times.
Cooperate with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Take direction well and be open to learning traditional and modern techniques.
Basic culinary education or relevant kitchen experience preferred.
Passion for Levantine/Middle Eastern cuisine.
Knowledge of vegetables, herbs, and spices used in Lebanese dishes.
