Prepare and cook assigned dishes under the direction of the Chef de Partie
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
Assist in supervising Commis 2, 3, and 4
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations
Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
Assist in stock control and minimize wastage
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred
2-3 years of kitchen experience
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
