Job Description
The Commis 1 (Continental) role involves preparing and cooking continental cuisine under the guidance of senior chefs. This position is ideal for someone passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop their skills in a busy kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and Cook continental and Filipino dishes according to recipes
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Maintain inventory and stock level.
Comply with health and safety regulations
Support in menu development and planning
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in culinary arts
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in continental and Filipino cuisine
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferably Filipino nationality
