Support Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work
Work according to the menu specifications by the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
Keep work area clean and hygienic at all times, according to the rules set by the cafe
Control food stock and food cost in your section
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
Compliance with standard recipe cards
Wait times are within reasonable standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Cookery experience in a commercial kitchen.
Knowledge of safe food handling principles.
Demonstrate sound communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude
. Demonstrated understanding of Work, Health and Safety guidelines, procedures and responsibilities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
