Assisting in preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning food, and storing items according to instructions.
Following Instructions:
Accurately executing recipes and adhering to established standards for food preparation and presentation.
Maintaining Hygiene and Safety:
Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, proper food handling, and adhering to safety regulations.
Learning and Development:
Actively learning new techniques, recipes, and procedures from senior chefs.
Supporting the Team:
Collaborating with other kitchen staff, including wait staff and delivery personnel, to ensure smooth operation.
Monitoring Stock and Supplies:
Assisting with stock rotation, identifying potential shortages, and reporting maintenance issues.
Other Duties:
Performing various tasks as assigned by senior chefs, which may include cleaning, organizing, and assisting with mise en place (preparing ingredients for service).

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
