> Minimum 2-year experience required in reputed cafe or restaurant
>Assisting in preparing ingredients for cooking, such as peeling, cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients according to recipes or the instructions of senior chefs.
>Assisting in cooking and assembling dishes based on established recipes and guidelines. This may involve grilling, sauteing, frying, baking, or other cooking techniques as directed by senior chefs.
>Ensuring that the assigned workstation is clean, well-stocked, and organized. This includes arranging ingredients, utensils, and equipment systematically for efficient workflow.
>Following recipes accurately and precisely to ensure consistency and maintain the desired taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
>Assisting in portioning and plating dishes according to established standards, paying attention to proper portion sizes, garnishing, and overall aesthetics.
>Assisting with the organization and inventory management of ingredients and supplies. This may involve monitoring stock levels, restock ingredients, and reporting any shortages or issues to senior chefs.
>Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining overall kitchen hygiene. Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
>Being able to handle various tasks and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and work different shifts as needed.
