We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis 1 to join a renowned Italian restaurant. Candidates must have experience in Italian cuisine and a commitment to quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian dishes
Follow kitchen standards and hygiene protocols
Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Ensure proper food storage and inventory rotation
