Position: Commis I Department: F & B Reports to: Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine Location : Abu Dhabi Role overview: To prepare and cook food on a daily basis according to business requirements and as directed by the Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine. Assisting Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine in meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock. Conditions of work While main duties are predominately carried out in the F & B facility, work may be required in other areas of the property. Qualification: \xef\x82\xb7 High School GED in Hospitality or certification in culinary arts \xef\x82\xb7 Fresher or minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field \xef\x82\xb7 Previous training for Essential Food & Safety in the UAE (EFST), Food Hygiene, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Has full knowledge of hygiene, hotel safety, and emergency procedure \xef\x82\xb7 Strong stamina because this job will require you to stand in a long period \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work well with others \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure \xef\x82\xb7 To be thorough and pay attention to details \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal communication skills \xef\x82\xb7 A desire to help people \xef\x82\xb7 Active listening skills \xef\x82\xb7 A good memory Interested candidates may share your updated CVs.
