Job Description
Trace Hospitality is fast growing specialty coffee and deserts provider and we are currently looking to hire individuals for our Abu Dhabi and RAK branches. We're looking for individuals who are willing to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment. We're looking for individuals who can do the following:
- Follows basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepares food by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use
- Maintains appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of the work environment during active work time and downtime
- Adhere to food and safety procedures at all times
- Previous experiences in quality food preparation with good culinary skills
- To maintain a high customer service focus
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
