Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Support with basic food preparation tasks, including cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with plating and presentation in line with restaurant standards.
Learn and grow your culinary skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine is desirable.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
