Assist chefs in preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients. Ensure mise en place (ingredients and equipment) is ready before service. . Cooking Assistance: Support the Chef de Partie or Head Chef during food preparation and cooking. Cook simple dishes under supervision, following recipes and instructions. Learn and master each section of the kitchen (grill, pastry, cold kitchen, etc.).
