We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Business Bay Dubai. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn while assisting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking Perform basic food preparation (vegetables, meats, sauces, mise en place) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines Assist during busy service hours as instructed Ensure proper storage and handling of food items Support the kitchen team with daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as Commis Chef or Kitchen Helper (preferred) Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Any culinary certificate is an advantage
