Commi - Hot Section | Urgent Hiring
We are looking for a Commi Chef (Hot Section) to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations in the hot kitchen
Assist senior chefs during food preparation and service
Follow kitchen standards, recipes, and hygiene procedures
Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
Carry out tasks as instructed by the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
Requirements:
Experience working in a hot kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexible and willing to learn
Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
