to join at a 4 Star Hotel's dynamic kitchen team in Dubai, UAE. You will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and support cooking for all sections of the kitchen.
Ensure food is prepared to the hotel's standards and guest expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred.
Culinary qualification or relevant training an advantage.
Passion for food and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Team player with good communication skills.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
