Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
Support the smooth running of kitchen operations, particularly in the hot section.
Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
Comply with all food safety and HACCP standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in the
hot kitchen
section.
Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication and time management skills.
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Immediate availability
