Support in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
Ensure all work areas, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.
Follow kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with plating dishes according to restaurant standards.
Learn and develop culinary skills through hands-on training.
What you need:
Some experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage.
Eagerness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
