Job Description

The Commis 1 - Continental is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality continental dishes under the supervision of senior chefs. The role requires excellent cooking techniques, consistency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and menu standards. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times. Ensure proper mise en place before each service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen section. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Assist senior chefs during busy service hours. Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar continental kitchen. Strong understanding of international and continental cuisines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be

locally available in Qatar

NOC

and

ready to join immediately

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
