Internal Process
Follow kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation in line with HACCP standards.
Assist in daily mise en place, prepping ingredients as required by senior chefs.
Report equipment issues or potential hazards immediately to ensure safe kitchen operations.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to plan and execute menu changes, seasonal promotions, and kitchen renovations with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Work collaboratively with all kitchen team members, supporting a respectful and cooperative environment.
Actively learn from senior chefs and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Attend briefings, trainings, and team meetings as scheduled.
Support new team members during their onboarding or training period.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef in a fine dining or authentic cuisine restaurant, preferably Middle Eastern or Iranian.
Basic knowledge of traditional Persian cooking methods, ingredients, and food presentation preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong team player with a willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.
* Food Safety & Hygiene certification is an advantage; basic understanding of HACCP practices
