Job Description
A leading real estate and valuation consultancy based in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality valuation services, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Valuer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, hold the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification, and possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate or Land Administration.

- Conduct commercial property valuations using a variety of methods and approaches.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate valuation reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments relevant to commercial properties.
- Analyze and interpret market data to support valuation assessments.
- Engage with clients to understand their valuation requirements and address inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of valuation reports through meticulous data analysis and verification.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of valuation practice.
- Stay current with local and international regulations related to property valuation.
- Ensure all valuation activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property valuation.
- MRICS qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Land Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends in Dubai.
- Proficiency in valuation methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
