Job Purpose Plan, organize and coordinate all material Commercial Services procurement activities in line with the overall company objectives. This job analyzes, reviews, and develops sourcing decisions, conducts major negotiations for short and long term contracts as appropriate Job Responsibilities
Lead Commercial category to secure all materials services in scope needs to be delivered with needed specifications, on time in full and with optimum costs.

Understand and incorporate external and internal dynamics to enable the development of aligned procurement strategies.
With Global and Local Procurement team, analyze complex data, identify relevant issues and develop recommendation to enable strategic, tactical and operational procurement decisions.
Prepare and contribute in tenders and negotiations in order to secure the supply of goods and services required by Heineken against optimal terms and conditions.
Understand and contribute to manage and mitigate relevant risks to Procurement to achieve the optimum balance between risk and return
Manage systematically and efficiently supply contracts from implementation through to close-out, in order to maximize the operational and financial performance whilst minimizing risk.
Identify opportunities and drive change to optimize stakeholder and supplier relationships, goods, services and processes in an innovative and challenging way to deliver business improvements in line with the procurement strategy.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers in order to deliver commercially optimal solutions for all parties in line with relevant Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Supports in establishing guidelines for the procurement process which lead to improved efficiency and effectiveness in purchasing activities
Participating in the NPI Product Introduction projects to ensure the successful introduction of the new product and ensuring the timely supply of any needed related activities and materials (Events, Media, Creative, Merchandise materials, etc…..)
Provide the needed quotations to allow the purchase requesters to issue their Purchase requisitions with all needed detailed specifications.
Responsible for embedding accurate Master Data into the SAP system for materials and vendors
Timely supply of complete and correct Import documentation to ensure the timely custom clearance and hence avoiding any delays and/or demurrage fines.
Responsible for registering all opportunities assessments, sourcing strategies, sourcing initiatives and supplier code in Heineken Sourcing

Qualifications:Education, Certifications and Licenses: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in n an Engineering discipline Knowledge and Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement, logistics, warehousing, material management or planning
Worked in a Fast Moving Consuming Goods (FMCGs), an industrial repetitive mass production environment
SAP User
Preferably background/Knowledge in commercial buying
