The Commercial Sales is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Gilani Mobility's range of mobility and rehabilitation products to individuals, businesses, healthcare facilities, and distributors. The role requires strong communication skills, technical product understanding, and a customer-focused approach to achieve revenue targets and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, care homes, private buyers) and expand sales in assigned territory
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, follow up on leads, close deals
Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations and contracts
Collaborate with technical / service / installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
Monitor sales targets and KPIs; report results to management
Maintain and update customer database / CRM
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and recommend improvements to product / service mix
Ideal Qualifications / Skills:
Proven B2B / commercial sales experience (preferably in medical, mobility, healthcare, or assistive technology)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Target driven, self-motivated, ability to work independently
Understanding of the UAE / GCC market (preferred)
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
