About your Role: As the Commercial Sales and Project Manager, you will be having dual roles. In Sales Commercial function, you will be supporting Tendering team in preparation and submission of customer offers and bids and subsequent negotiations by taking lead in commercial and contractual topics. In your Commercial Project Manager\xe2\x80\x99s role, you will be responsible for the progress and financial health of the projects together with your Project Manager. In both capacities, you will be engaging and coordinating with several other functions, following various processes and guidelines, using different digital platforms and ensuring compliance with applicable internal as well as external regulations. How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make an Impact Commercial Sales:

• Responsible for all commercial activities in budgetary and firm offers in close collaboration with Bidding and Sales team.
• Critically analysing the tender / offer requirements. Identifying, elaborating, and executing action items and timely engaging relevant stakeholders / processes (e.g., Legal, Treasury, Taxes etc)
• Defining the appropriate business model considering internal and external regulations and bid strategy.
• Active participation since early stage in bid preparation and pricing process.
• Preparing, presenting, and acquiring bid approvals in line with Company guidelines alongwith Bidding Manager.
• Participating in customer negotiations on Terms and Conditions and taking ownership of commercial part.

Commercial Execution:

• Execution of project as Commercial Counterpart of the Project Manager, in compliance with the policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Project accounting, cost controlling and forecasting revenues, margin and cashflows.
• Close monitoring of project cost development including costs to come, risks and opportunities alongwith Project Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 \xe2\x80\x93 Revenue Recognition, and billing milestones of the projects.
• Ensuring audit-proof commercial documentation and record keeping.
• Supporting Project Manager in negotiating variation orders and suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 claims.
• Managing foreign currency risk in the projects in line with currency guidelines.
• Support in all relevant project procurement & logistics topics.
• Managing suppliers / subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 invoice verification and payments.
• Managing project guarantees, bonds, LCs and insurances.
• Out-of-the box thinking for brining cost efficiencies in the projects, improvement of processes and driving digitalization initiatives in day-to-day operations.
• You improve operational excellence by pushing rapid response times for customer requests and complaints and boosting on-time delivery of quotes, serviced outages, and other service offerings. You drive lead time reduction, productivity, and on-time delivery, by tracking and measuring monthly KPIs and driving operational and process improvements.
• You enhance customer perception and improve our Net Promoter Score through proactive communication, stakeholder management and close collaboration with partners in the Service network and region.
• You strive for improved quality and a reduction of non-conformance costs throughout the region, by driving RCA reviews and correction action implementation across sites and functions.
• You identify and implement lean management, digitalization and innovation initiatives on all sites and shops in your region.
• You promote a strong EHS mindset and Zero Harm culture on site.
• You master communication in virtual and in-person environments across hierarchies, organizations, regions and nationalities.

What You Bring

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above with financial / project accounting background
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in similar capacity.
• Good understanding of SAP finance and project modules.
• Strong commercial aptitude and critical thinking.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
