Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their commercial real estate objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of current market conditions, property values, and emerging trends within the commercial real estate sector.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for clients and recommend strategic actions.
Property Valuation:
Assess and determine the market value of commercial properties using various valuation methods.
Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive property valuations to support their decision-making process.
Transaction Management:
Oversee the entire transaction process, from property listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including purchase agreements, leases, and other relevant documents.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction lifecycle.
Networking and Business Development:
Build and expand a network within the commercial real estate community, including developers, investors, brokers, and other industry professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm through business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial real estate consulting, with a successful track record of completed transactions.
Strong understanding of market trends, property valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in real estate software and industry-related tools.
Licensing and certifications (RERA ) are a plus.
