Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily facility and maintenance operations for commercial properties.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Address tenant requirements promptly and professionally.
Monitor facility expenses and assist in budgeting.
Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
facility management supervision
, preferably in commercial property/buildings.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety).
Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
UAE experience preferred.
Immediate joiner required.
Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month.
