Manage all aspects of labour camps and retail shops, including tenant relations, occupancy, maintenance, and compliance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld.
Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, including documentation, handovers, and deposit settlements.
Monitor and ensure timely rent collection; follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, rooms, common areas, and utilities.
Ensure camps are compliant with local municipality, civil defense, and health & safety regulations.
Handle tenant grievances, complaints, and service requests with prompt and effective resolution.
Maintain updated records of lease agreements and payment schedules.
Support leasing activities by coordinating with brokers, marketing vacant units, and assisting in negotiation and documentation.
Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, rent collection, maintenance activities, and tenant issues.
