Commercial Professional (estimation/coordination)

Job Description
Guildhall is working with a globally recognized construction and engineering firm to identify a suitable candidate for a Commercial Professional role. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional with experience in cost estimation, quotations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and estimation reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information
- Support commercial negotiations and assist in contract preparation and review
- Ensure accurate cost analysis, reporting, and documentation for assigned projects
- Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant commercial or estimation experience in construction or engineering
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail in managing commercial documents and reports
- Outgoing personality with a positive, professional attitude
- Female preferred
- Any nationality; Arabic language skills are an advantage
