Commercial Partnerships Director
Job Description
Our client is a leading media and communications group with a strong regional footprint, known for delivering high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) and integrated media solutions across the GCC. They're looking for a Business Development Director to spearhead growth, drive partnerships, and lead commercial strategy within their OOH division.
The Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who lives and breathes Media - from traditional formats to digital innovations. You'll be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, cultivating client relationships, and driving long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for OOH and integrated media solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new client opportunities across key industries.
- Build strong relationships with media owners, suppliers, and brand decision-makers.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver competitive OOH offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and innovations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
? 8+ years' experience in media sales/business development, with a strong focus on Out-of-Home (OOH).
? Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing key accounts.
? Solid understanding of media planning, buying, and measurement within the OOH landscape.
? Established network of client and agency relationships across the GCC (UAE or KSA preferred).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
? Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in media and advertising
