Job Description
F&B company 13 years on the UAE market looking for a Chief Commercial Officer for the Saudi Arabia Branch. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the growth of the company\'s revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the sales process through various distribution channels (retail, local networks, wholesale)
- Making Market research and analysis;
- Active promotion of the company in the region of presence, attraction of new customers, contracts formation;
- Ensuring high-quality work of the distributor with customers of the wholesale channel, and with optimal structure of product supply;
- Ensuring the implementation of regional direction indicators of in terms of sales.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
- Commercial officer: 5 years (Required)
- F&B: 5 years (Required)
- Russian (Preferred)
