For a Well established Marine Organization in Dubai Job Profile: Having a comprehensive marine experience in GCC Preferably with experience in tendering for high value contracts . Engineering experience a plus, but not required Reports to the Commercial Director and works with the Commercial Department in handling and coordinating commercial aspects of the company. To assist the Commercial Director in the tendering procedures. This includes reviewing, drafting, editing, compiling & submitting the final bid. If required, assist and address clients\xe2\x80\x99 clarifications on the bid. Handle prequalification procedure / vendor qualifications. Monitor clients\xe2\x80\x99 websites & supplier portals for tender announcements. Assist in drafting quotations. Maintain a database of inquiries received and quotations sent. Assist the Commercial Department in daily administrative tasks: writing professionally structured emails & letters, maintain & update files in Dropbox, organize hardcopy files into relevant folders, arrange meetings, attend to phone calls etc. Assisting in writing and editing marketing materials, which include presentations, articles, introductory/thank you emails etc. Assist in drafting reports. Communicate requirements to shipbrokers, shipowners and partners with discretion, under the advise and instruction of the Commercial Director. Attend external meetings, exhibitions, seminars & conferences for networking purposes, client management, and/or additional training. Assist in the collation of market intelligence information and competition profiling. Comply with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s quality, health, safety, security and environment policy.
