Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all commercial agreements.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Source and evaluate suppliers and service providers. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality.

Financial & Commercial Analysis:

Analyze pricing, cost structures, and market trends. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting. Provide recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.

Business Development Support:

Assist in identifying new business opportunities. Support proposal preparation and bid submissions. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on commercial strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations. Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and commercial data. Ensure all commercial processes comply with company policies.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with internal departments (finance, operations, legal) to ensure smooth commercial operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in commercial, procurement, or business development roles. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and financial skills. Proficient in MS Office and commercial management software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
