Job Description
will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial and contractual matters across projects. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, claims, and variations. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Manage tendering and procurement processes. Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum
8-10 years' experience
in commercial management within the construction/contracting sector (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
