Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all contractual and commercial matters related to landscape and swimming pool projects, ensuring full compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and company policies. Collaborate with project, planning, and design teams to ensure project schedules align with commercial objectives, contractual milestones, and client expectations. Prepare, monitor, and control project cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial plans and timely invoicing to maintain healthy cash flow. Review, evaluate, and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications, progress claims, and invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract conditions and site progress. Establish project budgets, monitor costs, and implement control measures to prevent cost overruns while maintaining profitability and financial discipline. Prepare and submit monthly interim payment applications to clients based on verified progress and contractual terms. Prepare, evaluate, and submit Extension of Time (EOT) and variation claims with full supporting documentation, cost impact assessments, and justifications. Develop and maintain detailed commercial reports covering budgeted costs, actual expenditures, earned value, and forecasts to complete. Lead the procurement and subcontracting process, including tender evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization, and ongoing commercial administration. Work closely with project and planning teams to monitor site progress, productivity, and cost performance, ensuring timely reporting to senior management. Provide strategic commercial guidance and financial advice to management for effective budget planning, cost optimization, and risk mitigation. Ensure that all landscape and swimming pool project materials, subcontract works, and variations are properly documented, priced, and approved as per contract requirements. Support the management in client correspondence, contract reviews, and dispute resolution, ensuring company interests are protected.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's in Engineering or Quantity surveyor Experience in Landscape and swimming pool industry

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
