Lead the hotel's commercial strategy across all revenue streams (Rooms, Events, F&B, Leisure & Spa) to maximize revenue, profit, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute commercial strategy and business plans.
Drive sales, revenue, and profit targets in line with budget & forecasts.
Oversee pricing, rate strategies, and market positioning.
Manage and coach sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and clients.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
5+ years' experience in hospitality/travel industry in a commercial or revenue role.
3+ years leading sales/commercial teams.
Strong financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Core Competencies:
Customer focus, leadership, financial management, negotiation, problem solving, and market awareness.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
