We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Manager

to oversee all commercial operations, drive profitability, and manage key client relationships within the

building materials, tiles, and sanitary ware

industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of commercial success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all commercial operations, including sales, pricing, contracts, and project coordination. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, and suppliers. Lead pricing strategies, quotations, and contract negotiations. Review and approve major tenders and project proposals. Monitor project profitability, margins, and commercial performance. Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and contractual obligations. Provide leadership, guidance, and performance support to the sales and coordination teams. Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum

10+ years of experience

in a similar commercial management role, preferably within

building materials, tiles, or sanitary ware

. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
