We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Manager (CA qualified)
to join our HVAC/MEP contracting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing contracts, and building strong client relationships to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and timely FTA filings. Manage receivables, payables, banking relationships, and credit facilities. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, warranties, and service agreements. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure legal documentation is well managed.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
7-10 years' commercial/finance experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, or engineering (UAE experience required). Valid driving license. Below 40 years of age. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Benefits:
