Job Summary

We're hiring a results-driven

Commercial Manager

to oversee financial strategy, ensure compliance, and strengthen client partnerships. This is a key leadership role focused on profitability and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting and financial operations Manage accounts receivable/payable with timely execution Prepare annual financial reports and file FTA returns Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding needs Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts Develop pricing strategies, warranties, and service agreements Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee legal documentation and compliance matters
Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification is mandatory

7-10 years

of commercial/finance experience in HVAC, engineering, or construction (UAE experience required) Age below

40 years

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven problem-solving and team management capabilities Proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset

UAE Driving License

is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
