We are currently recruiting for Commercial Manager for our prestigious client. Reporting to board of directors, the ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability, business transformation and development. Also, developing and managing the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
This job posting is for a permanent position.
Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with Commercial Director, deploy and manage sales strategies to ensure company sales targets and profitability are achieved or exceeded, including rigorous prospecting activities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Develops business in the Gulf Region
• Prepare risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports
• Manage the budget and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue and profit
• Develops and implement strategies and procedure to minimizes risk factors and losses
• Experience in setting up and maintaining process to drive legal compliance
• Promote a harmonious working environment to ensure employees are motivated and operations run smoothly
• Define targets, and support and demand performance by regular performance reviews.
• Approve initiation of recruitment based on Industry targets and select suitable candidates
• Assure cooperation and coordination with team members and other departments

Qualifications

• A minimum 15 years of related work experience, minimum 5 years in the Middle East
• Relevant experience in Product and Pricing or related fields within mechanical
• Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation
• Effective planning and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and writing skills in English, the second language would be an advantage
• Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas, without travel restriction
