Commercial Manager

with a proven background in FMCG to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, managing brand partnerships, and leading commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth. Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.

Lead brand negotiations with principals and suppliers to secure favorable terms, margins, and marketing support.

Drive pricing, promotions, and trade marketing activities to ensure competitive market positioning. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners and ensure compliance with terms. Oversee and guide the commercial team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and operations to strengthen brand presence across channels.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years' experience

as a

Commercial Manager

or senior commercial role in the

FMCG industry

. Proven track record in

brand negotiations and supplier relationship management

. Strong knowledge of FMCG retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in P&L management and revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
