Commercial Manager
Job Description
We're looking for a Commercial & Contracts Manager to join our office in Abu Dhabi.
The Commercial & Contracts Manager will oversee the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and proper risk management. This role is responsible for managing all commercial activities from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including procurement, subcontracting, claims, and contract administration, in alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial and contracts management in the UAE construction sector.
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects (buildings/landscape).
Familiar with local laws, contract law, and commercial procedures in the UAE.
