Job description

Our client is a top tier recognised international heavyweight law firm who seek to recruit a mid to senior level Associate to join the commercial litigation team in Dubai. Only applications from UK qualified Solicitors will be considered.

Firm/role

• Tier 1 for litigation in the UAE
• Handling a range of disputes: commercial contract, banking, agency/distributorship, commercial debt, corporate/shareholder, franchising, property/real estate, hospitality, insolvency and restructuring, technology, media and telecoms

Candidate profile

• 5-8 PQE
• Strong commercial litigation experience gained from private practice or a mixture of private practice and in house, is essential
• Ideally seeking a relocator from the UK
