A Masterplan Developer in Ajman is looking for a Commercial/Business Centre Leasing Manager "Arabic Speaker" To manage and lead all leasing programs and activities, including planning and development, leasing management, and budget forecasting, in order to maximize rental. Develop appropriate leasing concepts strategies and plans in line with the Business Plan Support the GM Head of Leasing in developing the Leasing budget and business plan. Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the budgetary targets through leasing available units creating and leasing new opportunities
• Assesses prospective tenants for each space to satisfy the approved critical path plan and participate in the appropriate leasing committee for review and decision.
• Plans guides and participates in approaching potential major tenants to present suitable floor areas while highlighting the benefits and features
• Assisting the management in developing tenant and customer-focused strategies through monitoring customer, tenant, and asset feedback
• Achieve specialty leasing income goals established by management.
• Generate new leasing leads and negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.
• Develop and execute a lucrative specialty leasing program that not only delivers significant revenues to the property's bottom line but also increases the guest experience.
• Research and report to Management on competitive leasing and specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the project's community centers.
• Tenant Management/Lease Administration & Documentation.
• Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions.
• Work with tenants to develop business standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligations.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably BBA in Management or Marketing).
• Working in enclosed shopping and business centers, strip malls, or street retail and at least three years of experience working specifically in a retail leasing capacity.
• Ability to source commercial contacts through various means
• Advanced communication skills in both languages, English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the commercial delivery cycle would be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills and numerical reasoning abilities.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to anticipate problems, give feedback, and suggest solutions.
• Computer literate with good working experience of MS Office.
