Key Responsibilities
Translate commercial strategy into quarterly action plans and execution roadmaps
Drive revenue growth initiatives including pricing optimization, promotions, and service mix strategies
Lead B2B partnerships with corporates, insurers, and strategic affiliates
Build business cases and proposals for new partnerships and growth initiatives
Track clinic-level performance, patient flow, and commercial KPIs
Prepare monthly dashboards, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams to align commercial goals
Support clinic teams through commercial performance reviews and optimization plans
Ensure commercial initiatives align with compliance, ethics, and patient care standards
Requirements
5-7 years' experience in commercial strategy, revenue growth, or business development roles
Experience in healthcare, dental, wellness, or multi-site service businesses preferred
Strong analytical skills with ability to convert insights into execution
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, CRM, and performance tracking tools
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and present to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
