Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Technician with experience in hot and cold kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen appliances, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (both hot and cold units).
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults effectively.
Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing.
Respond promptly to service calls and breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and the service team.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, etc.).
Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
Valid driving license (advantageous).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
