Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing support in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This role assists in collaborating with regional teams, monitoring financial performance, and contributing to financial decision-making within the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Financial Analysis: Support conducting financial analysis to evaluate the financial impact of commercial decisions and development of regional financial models/ forecasts.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Aid in the creation of regional budgets and sales forecasts in collaboration with the finance team. Assist in monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts and report variances.
  • Cost Control: Monitoring cost of regional office, implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of regional financial reports for senior management. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide support to the regional finance team in various tasks and projects.
  • Pricing Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation of regional pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from various regional entities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Collaborate with regional business units and departments to understand their financial needs.
  • Ad hoc tasks under the scope of the department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree - Finance /Accounting, ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent
  • 5 years - Pharmaceuticals, FMCG in controlling Function.
  • Previous experience in FP&A, working with OPEX and SG&A desirable.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • ERP - Good working knowledge (SAP, TM1, Power BI preferable)
