Providing maintenance on systems and components, particularly in the field of optics, is one of EARTH's specialties. Accordingly, the company established the largest and most advanced Electro-Optics Centre of Excellence (EOCE) in the region and first of its kind in the UAE.
Job Summary:
The FP&A Specialist will support the Edge Commercial Cluster financial planning and analysis activities, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves working closely with the CFO to provide data-driven insights and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives within the finance department, focusing on automation and AI-enhanced reporting.
• Support continuous and effective alignment with other EDGE entities
• Ad Hoc Request from EDGE GROUP and EDGE Commercial Leadership

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the defence or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with financial digitalization and AI finance tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
