The purpose of the North Africa Commercial Excellence / Patient & Healthcare Experience Lead role, is aim to drive the planning and execution of the North Africa strategic roadmap and ensure its continuous alignment to core business principles across all key commercial GTM (Go to Market) levers.

This is a pivotal position with high impact within the Cluster, considering the constantly changing business and local regulatory environment that requires us to assess and reshape our GTM model, and activate our collective advantage opportunities.

The colleague will be a member of the North Africa LT (Leadership Team), with expected meaningful contribution to drive decisions to improve patients reach and patient journey experience, HCP (Health Care Professionals) customers experience satisfaction, and business positive and accelerated impact. He/she will overseeing the new products strategic planning, annual operating plan process and implementation, to accelerate and maximize opportunities while ensuring a consistent and efficient approach across categories/markets. He/she also will acts as a PMO (Project Management Officer) for the Cluster Lead to drive key strategic initiatives and special projects. He/ she will be responsible of prioritising overarching omnichannel strategy and delivery consistent with applicable policies and procedures. This will also require the role to lead and manage the prioritisation of both category and cross-category strategic GTM projects with a One-Pfizer/ One customer lens with a strong focus on change management and innovation. The Commercial Excellence / Patient and Healthcare Experience Lead will act as an above-brand consultant and capability builder to the Cluster Lead, country managers and Category Leads to support them in implementing a customer experience-centric marketing approach. Finally, the colleague will be a key influencer in Pfizer's customer focused and agile culture, for our customers, for our people, and the future direction of Pfizer's business and lead in the spirit of our core values.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES In order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role. Leadership and Commercial Excellence: Elevate strategic planning rigor and drive consistency and excellence in strategy execution Drive value realization and the interest of the North Africa Cluster as One Pfizer, while prioritizing focus and resources for categories as required Oversee new products planning, challenge status quo, drive discussions to accelerate time to market and reach our last patients faster Lead and drive a multi-disciplinary team in charge of elevating Patient and Healthcare experience, building internal capabilities, providing expertise and oversight on internal GTM processes Drive GTM transformation for the cluster and advises Cluster Lead, country managers and Category Leads Drive GTM Model excellence in all commercial channels, including distribution, sales intermediaries and other 3rd party partnerships Provide advisory to country leaders to set GTM strategy and engagement models, based on market insights and internal/external benchmarks, and collaborates with local leaders and cross-functionally with the objective to drive strategic alignment and efficient deployment of GTM Model execution across the various commercial channels Oversee the team in his/her area and elevate it to a cluster collective advantage powerhouse Build advanced capabilities that drive GTM, customer experience and commercial excellence to continuously optimize our operating model, drive value and accelerate growth. Responsible to transform processes and ways of working Lead and contribute to various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude. Proactively recognize opportunities and create business cases for selected priority initiatives Cross-Category/One Pfizer GTM Model design, planning and execution Designs, oversees the One Pfizer omnichannel strategy, in partnership with categories and all functions, with direct ownership/accountability for One Pfizer, cross category messaging and tactics Ensures a coordinated approach to content creation and implementation across the organization and consistency in planning, management and execution of all related processes One Pfizer Collective advantage and Commercial Excellence leadership Lead One Pfizer NCF (No customer face) collective advantage & the broader GTM excellence initiatives Elevate commercial colleagues' capabilities including marketing and customer facing colleagues to embody customer centricity, omnichannel and hybrid excellence Champion Pfizer agile and lean principles and build internal capabilities to implement operational excellence practices Lead, initiate, manage business process improvement initiatives leveraging internal/external best practices Drive GTM Model excellence in all commercial channels, including distribution, sales intermediaries and other 3rd party partnerships Drive op planning process in alignment with Business Finance and Country Managers

QUALIFICATIONS Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills. The Commercial Excellence and P&HX Lead will have had 10+ years leadership experience in Commercial, marketing, business operations or customer experience fields. This Lead will need to demonstrate high levels of mastery in the below: Experience building business cases for major transformation initiatives Demonstrated appetite to drive performance in a fast and efficient manner Customer-centric transformation experience (Sales/Marketing/Digital) and experience leading teams and collaborating with all disciplines applying human centred design, lean and agile practices. Experience in analytics: identifying KPIs and measurement frameworks, being comfortable with data and analytics techniques First class data storytelling skills: experience providing insight-driven recommendations to Senior Management Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based matrix environment with tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders and competing needs Demonstrated success in prior roles requiring informal leadership and influence in transformative projects/initiatives Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and evangelise for customer centric practices which deliver against business viability measures. Good understanding of key business drivers and the financial strategies of various portfolios/business units. Sound understanding and application of relevant company policies, procedures and Compliance requirements as relevantand required for proposed initiatives Sound understanding of the rules/regulations governing pharmaceutical companies external engagements, as well as data privacy and telehealth ecosystem, laws and regulations Proven success in a fast-paced, high-exposure and highly collaborative environment. Excellent project management and communication skills. Strong collaboration skills. Has the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups in country and above country. Proven ability to connect, integrate analyze and synthesize data. Agile mindset and experience with Agile methodologies
