Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the commercial strategy of the interior design studio.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure project profitability.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support growth initiatives.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage client relationships and support key stakeholder engagement.
Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
Report directly to senior leadership on commercial performance and insights.
