Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead our efforts in the sports industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving marketing, business development, events, and academics, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to our commercial endeavors.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand in the sports industry.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, leveraging various channels to maximize reach and engagement.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

2. Business Development:

• Lead business development initiatives to expand our presence within the sports sector.

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and organizations.

• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities to drive growth.

3. Events Management:

• Oversee the planning and execution of sports events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful events.

• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback.

4. Academic Programs:

• Develop and manage academic initiatives within the sports industry, fostering partnerships with educational institutions.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the sports industry.

4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain key partnerships.
5. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Innovative mindset, staying abreast of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
7. bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
